DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMES
Please note times quoted below are usual but in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which we have no control over.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

EU - €15.00
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive a shipping email from us with a link to the order tracking page.
EU deliveries are made by local Postal services
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to confirm your tracking number & courier service. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home you will get a card through the door with instructions on how to collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be delivered to some countries you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you. Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our usual returns period for the festive season. Any gifts bought up until 24th December can be returned up until 15th January if unwanted or unsuitable. All other terms and conditions apply.
Returning an order from IE / EU
When the store re-opens, you may return your item in your local Village store.
All N. Peal Outlet EU returns by post/courier must be made at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked service as goods are returned to us at your own risk. Please return the item to the address of the store you placed your order with:

Once we receive your return, someone from our Outlet team will call you to process your refund over the phone. Please ensure original paperwork is included in your order. If you no longer have the returns paperwork that was sent with your original parcel please contact your local vilalge store and they will be happy to help.
Please note that all goods are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.
